On-site role available immediately for a Leasing Agent/Property Manager in Boulder/Denver, CO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and management.
- Marketing and Sales: Promote the unit and encourage applications.
- Property Tours: Show potential residents the property and its amenities.
- Application Processing: Assist with the application process.
- Resident Relations: Build and maintain relationships with both current and prospective residents.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and follow through.
- Basic knowledge of Fair Housing is required.
- Hard worker, goal oriented.
- Organized with attention to details.
- Neat, professional appearance.
- A willingness to learn, and the self awareness to ask for help.
- Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle with insurance.
Compensation:
- Hourly pay based on experience.
- Leasing bonuses paid monthly.
- Mileage reimbursement.
