We are looking for a talented Real Estate Operations Manager in Boulder, CO to help an established real estate team grow to the next level. This busy and fast-paced office offers a well-qualified candidate the opportunity to step into a structured and systematized operation. With processes already in place, a skilled Manager will be able to quickly contribute in an impactful way, pushing the team toward greater levels of productivity.

The Herz Team ( believes in the importance of working hard to gain repeat clients and is seeking a Manager who shares that mentality. This role is largely independent and best suited for an experienced real estate professional as you will be expected to ‘take the reins’ and ‘manage up’.

You will take on your job duties with a sense of ownership, confidentiality, commitment, honesty, loyalty, and integrity.

• 2+ years of executive-level administrative experience, or office management experience
• Knowledge of marketing and social media is necessary.
• Real estate contract experience is preferred but not required and a Colorado Real Estate License is preferred or you are willing and able to obtain one within 6 months to a year of being hired.

Areas of Focus:

Create Structure:
Streamline existing systems, checklists, and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. Take ownership of the contact database and nurture its growth and use in lead generation.

Manage Deal Flow:Manage all transactions from Listing Appointment to Close. This includes preparing your agent for listing appointments, overseeing the pre-listing prep and marketing process, scheduling showings, helping with open houses, providing seller feedback, and managing all paperwork. Work with the transaction coordinator during the contract-to-close process.

Marketing Assistance: Oversee the coordination of marketing materials for the team which includes marketing listings and managing the marketing calendar (farming & SOI). Work with staging companies and photographers, write property descriptions, and manage the listing marketing checklist.

Support and Serve:Provide an executive level of administrative support to your team. This may include but is not limited to phone and email management, calendar organization, task management, and holding your agent accountable for following up on leads. You will provide a concierge-level of customer service and serve as the first point of contact for clients.

Key Software Proficiency:

• ReColorado and IRES
• MS Office
• Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design programs
• Social Media (Facebook and Instagram)

Hours: 8-5, M-F, some flexibility on the weekends required
Location: Boulder, CO. You live within a 30-minute commute of Boulder. You have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work-related tasks. You have a driver’s license and you carry insurance.
