What You'll Do;
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through authentic, personalized service.
Build meaningful relationships with customers and become a trusted style resource.
Learn our brands, products, and fits to guide purchasing decisions confidently.
Contribute to a welcoming, inspiring store environment.
Support visual merchandising and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
Help drive sales through genuine customer engagement and product knowledge.
Assist with receiving, inventory management, and daily operational tasks.
Participate in store events and community-building initiatives.
What We're Looking For;
A positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
Genuine interest in fashion, style, and helping people look and feel their best.
Ability to connect with a wide variety of customers in an authentic way.
Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Retail, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic retail environment.
