I am seeking a clean roommate who is open to the following lifestyle:
*Clean kitchen (will not leave dishes in the sink when not in the kitchen) and will keep the common areas tidy
*Generally quiet with no television in the living room
*There is a yoga / meditation / reading space in the living room
*Occasional guests are ok but no live-in bfs / gfs / partners
*Not looking for lots of drinking, drunkenness or drugs in the house
*Willing to share cleaning or pay for a cleaning service
*I work from home and work in the dining room as my office so this is generally NOT a shared space.
*I have no pets so if you have a small, well trained dog with ESA documentation (to comply with my HOA regulations) that works and I am happy to help out from time to time b/c I love animals! Im allergic to cats.
*The bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the home is fully furnished already
About me, your roommate:
I am a Boulder based, mature, professional female with a demanding remote job. My hobbies are: meditation, running, yoga, reading, writing, volunteering and socializing (typically away from the condo). I sometimes travel for work for several days at a time. I like to listen to NPR, read the NYT and watch comedies like SNL. My previous roommates have been an ultra runner teacher, an ultra biker physical therapist and a phd student at CU Boulder.
Open to all backgrounds/ ages/ genders / orientations and walks of life; just looking for the right personality and lifestyle fit.
