We are nestled right beside a huge Boulder park, BoboLink trailhead, South Boulder Creek, and the East Boulder Community Center. Perfect for those who like to have a morning routine of running, biking, walking, hitting the gym, or playing sports. Close access to Denver.
We are looking for a single individual to take over this room while a housemate travels. Bedroom is furnished as pictured. No pets or couples. Bathroom (pictured) is shared with one housemate. Interviewing to assess fit with the housemates required. We have a light-touch community house vibe. The housemates are a musician, therapist, and performer.
House spaces consist of a large living room, huge modern kitchen, tea room, movement room, third-floor balcony overlooking the flatirons, and a backyard. Some garage storage available. In a minute-walk out the front door, you’ll be in beautiful parks or on a trail.
