I am looking for a grad student or an intern who is responsible, respectful and quiet, who does not work from home. I am a professional female who is very quiet and sometimes works from home.
This is for one person only. No overnight guests.
No parties, no drugs, non-smokers only.
There is one cat here, but no more pets are allowed.
The neighborhood is also very quiet and lovely. This is on the SKIP bus line and is close to CU.
There is no extra storage here.
Utilities are extra and split 2 ways.
A $600 refundable deposit is needed to secure the room. It is refunded upon cleaning and no damage when moving out.
A 30 day notice is needed to move out.
