The Lease
- Taking over lease for current housemate who is moving. Lease ends 8/31/2026 (with the option to stay longer). Earlier is possible with someone to take over your portion of the lease.

- Rent $1263 per month (includes water, trash, sewer, gas)
- Utilities about $55 per month (Electric, Internet)
- Deposit is 1mo rent
- Smoking indoors prohibited
- Dogs are currently disallowed. Cats are okay with a small deposit and monthly pet fee.
