I am a retired teacher that is still working remotely and I spend the majority of my time at my partner's house, so you will generally have the place to yourself! I'm the perfect roommate that way. :) I stop by and get mail and check on the place about once a week. I am very open to a couple as well for $600 a month.
Large garden level room completely furnished in my sunny condo in Gunbarrel. The room is large enough to have a sleeping area along with a desk area and/or living room area. The room has a queen bed, dresser, couch and side table, media center, lamps and a bedside table. Large closet and extra storage. Full private bath. Washer and Dryer on your level but separated by french doors that lock. The room has a mini fridge, tea kettle and microwave for added privacy.
This condo backs up to a private off-leash park.
The main level has a kitchen, living room, dining area, entry area, and a half bath. Off the living room is a fenced patio that is right on the park. The patio has a sweet maple tree for shade in the summer. The condo faces SW, so it has lots of natural light.
On the second level is two bedrooms, each with their own bath.
Absolutely, no smoking. I don't care if you take edibles--- I just don't want any kind of smoke seeping into the walls.There is plenty of space in the park to do that. Friendly, potty trained dog welcome or a cat that does not tear up carpets or furniture. :)
Trash, internet included. You pay 1/2 electricity/gas and 1/2 of water bill. Gas/Electric anywhere from a month $60-$80 a month depending on the season. Water approximately $35 a month.
I did not put pictures of the upstairs bedrooms, since it was not relevant to this post. Month to month okay. Would prefer 3-6 mos lease.
There is an attached garage that can be shared for bikes and/or camping or sport equipment.
