We have an awesome space opening up in a shared house in South Boulder. Huge room. Huge walk-in closet. Huge private bath with access to the trails. Straight out your back door. No need to ever touch pavement. Dogs are more than welcome. Space is plenty big for a couple if they are interested as well and would just split the price. No additional costs. Butterfly roommates who live in the other rooms in the house and share the kitchen and living room spaces. All roommates are in their twenties and working in various different STEM fields. Everyone is very quiet and clean and is happy to either give you your space or we're trying to put your day in the kitchen. Everyone is also very outdoorsy so you would always have a buddy for skiing, biking, running, climbing. The lease for this house goes through the end of July with the option to renew.
