we have an opening in our housing cooperative and are seeking community oriented housemates. what's on offer is a room in a very nice and well-located house together with community. we share meals several times a week and rotate through chores. the labor commitment is about 3 hours a week. rent is about $1000/mo including utils and all food. you will not need to go to the grocery store (unless it is your chore) or spend any additional money on food. for this price you get a room in an unusually well maintained house with state of the art heating and cooling and a commercial grade fire protection system. the physical plant is really very nice. we receive some funding from the city of boulder and consequently this is means tested affordable housing.
