I'm looking for someone to share my N. Boulder home. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to Lucky's Market and Wonderland Lake. Private living space is in a garden level basement and includes a private bedroom and full bath, as well as a private living area, multiple closets, and a walkout to a backyard that borders open space with views of the foothills. There are windows that are all above ground level providing lots of light (photos were taken with only natural light). There is some furniture but not a bed so you would need to bring your own.

The perfect housemate would be someone who is quiet, mature, reliable, neat and clean. Prefer someone who doesn't do much cooking, but when they do, they clean up and leave things as they found them; clean and organized. They also would have a job or school where they go during the day. They are a non-smoker. Prefer a female. One person only.

All utilities are included; gas/electric, internet, water. (no cable)
You would share the kitchen and laundry room on the main floor.
Bus pass available (no cost) and the skip stop is a short walk
No dogs, but maybe a cat.

Space will be available sometime in July and timing will be a bit flexible.
