We are looking for one roommate in our lovely 4bed 2bath North Boulder home to SUBLET! Lease takeover from March - July 2026 with option to renew. We are a QUEER, VEGETARIAN household so looking for another like-minded individual. We value sustainability, cleanliness, fun, community, and kindness.
AMENITIES:
-We have a washer & dryer on site, a HUGE backyard with a garden, apple, pear, plum, and peach trees and a grape vine!
-We are about 200m from the RTD bus stop and a mile away from hiking trails, a park, and pearl street.
-A/C and heating.
-Huge driveway and lots of garage storage.
-We cannot currently accept any pets or couples
YOUR ROOM: Windows with good sunlight, shared bathroom, full closet, four spacious built in drawers in the wall, and an additional storage space outside of the room. lovely space!
ABOUT US:
We are a group of young professionals and grad students in our mid/late-twenties. We very much value our friendship (occasional house dinners, game nights, house events) but also do our own thing. We like to go out and have fun but also love doing wholesome things like art nights/hiking etc. We have weekly house meetings to promote open, direct, and honest communication amongst house members
