***Looking for a new roommate to move in end of Beginning/Middle of April ***
I’m moving out and my roommates asked me to help find a new roommate for taking over the mater bedroom / master bathroom part of the house.
Rent includes utilities - and the security deposit is $1000 - sorry folks, no pets.
Everyone in the house is super chill. Currently two folks in their Mid 30s, Outdoorsy people who enjoy going to live music, rock climbing, making art, house dinners and get togethers, movie nights, etc. we are all usually busy working full time but around in the evenings.
We split the chores between one another so as to keep the house feeling nice and clean. And expect the new roommate to participate in keeping the group spaces clean, including the kitchen.
If you’re looking for a friendly, chill house with open communication this would be a good fit for you.
