This is a big and bright house filled with warm caring men between mid 20’s up to 40 years old. Some people here play instruments, expressing on the guitar. We are generally a relaxed crew but come together for events and activities like the garden. The room available is 11ft x 13ft with north and east facing windows. There is a private bathroom with a shower. There are two kitchens and two living rooms so there is never congestion when trying to use the common areas. We are located in South Boulder close to Whole Foods, King Soopers, transit stops and bike trails. We are start a new lease August 1st so we are looking for a 12month commitment.
