Close to hiking biking Safeway restaurants creek path.
Vaulted ceiling, three levels with loft, skylight over bedroom and deck with flatirons views.
My normal activities, ride bike to work at CU part-time.
Hike and Mtn. bike around boulder, trips to Estes and Ned, and sometimes surfing in Mex.
Private room sort of - small loft above main bedroom.
Just blocks from Naropa and creek path, and if you don't have a car I have several spare bikes.
I have a cat and 8 bikes if you want to borrow own.
