**About the space:**
The basement level is spacious and includes 2 rooms, a private bathroom, a kitchenette, a full living room, and a very quirky bar. You’ll also have access to the main house upstairs, which has a full kitchen, laundry, living room, and a fenced-in backyard.
**Timing & rent:**
I’m planning to move out around May 20th, though the date is somewhat flexible. Rent is $1230/month (utilities not included). The lease runs through July, with the option to renew.
**Furnishing (optional):**
I’m open to discussing leaving the space partially furnished if that would be helpful.
**About the roommates:**
You’d be sharing the home with 3 upstairs roommates who are outdoorsy and often out adventuring, so the house tends to stay pretty quiet.
**About you:**
We’re looking for someone who values a calm, communicative household. LGBTQ+ friendly, ideally late 20s to early 30s. The lease does not allow tobacco smoking on the property.
