Offering: Furnished Suite is a private 1200 square foot space downstairs. It stays temperate in the Summer and temperate in the Winter. Full bath, economy kitchen, queen bed, open closet space, living room, dining room, and an office space.
There is Central Heat/AC, access to a Washer/Dryer, and Driveway parking. 1350/month (can be lowered with trade). Utilities are 1/4 of overall, but can be capped if paid on the first of every month. We would recommend viewing the space view, to see if it would be a good fit.
