The available room is furnished. Has the best view in the house, west facing with a stunning view of the Flat Irons! The rest of the house is pretty well furnished. We have new appliances and laundry on site. The kitchen is spacious and well lit with morning sunshine. Also has a nice deck and large fenced in backyard, great for those that have a green thumb. House has a parking spot, along with street parking.
We are located 1 mile from the Table Mesa King Soopers. A 10min walk to the Bear Peak trail/NCAR. The RTD Skip picks up near the house. Downtown is literally a Skip away!
The available room is a standard room that shares a bathroom with 1 other roommate, it’s $500 per month, Utilities and Internet are included with rent. Also a $300 deposit and Background Check required by the property management company, Fox Property Management
