I've been in this townhouse 11-12 years. Landlord has been great. We're 38 and 39. I own a rental/repair business in town, girlfriend works from home in her basement office. We have 2 dogs, Zorro and Luna. We're quiet people. Last roommate lived with me for 7 or 8 years.

No couples, our lease is capped at 3 people. No cats, no kids, no smoking. Length of lease is negotiable. Possibly able to furnish the room for the right roommate.

Price includes all utilities, water, elec. & internet. $900.
First month & security, references required.

I apologies to anyone who we haven't been able to schedule a showing with. We have been busy with work and travel, having carpets cleaned, reorganizing the house. We moved the available date to 3/1.
