Looking for a clean, relatively quiet, professional roommate in my 2br 1 bath condo(I am the owner). Non smoker, very light drinker.
Cozy, quiet, bright condo, with great views of the Flatirons, green space all around. On bus line and bike path. Easy access to Foothills hwy.

*Renter would have use of garage as my truck and camper don't fit.
I work from home a couple days a week, otherwise I am in and out. Active, clean, no partying. I tend to travel a fair amount, so there are times I won't be around for a couple weeks at a time.
I am open to a possible cat or dog.
