-Available June 1, 2026
-Ideal lease end June 2027 but negotiable

-Unfurnished private bedroom, 14 feet by 7 feet.

-Shared kitchen and bathroom.
-South-facing bedroom window
-Multiple balconies in the unit
-No in-unit washer-dryer, but the shared facilities are 10 feet outside the front door
-A/C unit in living room, and I have a spare I can lend for the summer months for the bedroom.
-Outdoor pool right outside the building open in the summer months
-One parking spot for the unit right outside - willing to negotiate for use of parking space
-LGBTQ+ friendly
-No smoking
-No dogs
-Two friendly cats live in residence.
About me:
-I care deeply about community, and I am seeking to build a co-op eventually.
-I have two very friendly cats who live with me.
-I am vegetarian and prefer to keep a vegetarian house.
-I am Jewish, though not very observant, and I host Friday night dinners at my place occasionally.
-I have a partner who comes over occasionally.
