Bike shed. Recent housemates have included PhD candidates and post-docs. Sorry, no undergrads. Share this older, fixer-upper house (everything in good working order) with 1 male full-time and 1 female part-time, older, active, outdoorsy housemates, and two 65/80 lb dogs :-) Sorry, no additional pets. Shared kitchen, and shower/tub in main bathroom. Furnishings include dresser, double bed, night stand, desk, office chair, 32" flat screen monitor/tv on small cabinet and futon/sofa. You supply own sheets/towels. All furnishings can be moved out if not needed. No smoking, No drugs, no MJ in any form, light/occasional drinker only. Price is for one clean, responsible, quiet, preferably older, housemate. $950/month, utilities included. Month-month. First, last and $350 security deposit to move in.
