This house has six people. This listing is for the seperate downstairs unit, which has 2 bedrooms. The downstairs unit is completely separate from the upstairs, with no interior access. We do share laundry, parking, and certain utility payments with the upstairs but all of those fees are already included in the rent price as listed here.
Rent is $800 per room ($1,600 total, open to negotiation), paid to my roommate and I while we are abroad. We’re open to negotiation. We’re also willing to extend any spring sublease through the summer since we’ll be gone then too.
The downstairs unit has its own kitchen, bathroom, and shower, and will come fully furnished (couches, beds, desks, carpets, etc.). We'll also have it deep cleaned beforehand.
