I am looking for a mature roommate that will take very good care of the area they rent and respect my home in Broomfield. The individual will be a male professional, working full time with a stable job history and will be a mature individual at a mature age around 50 years old. I am renting out two spacious private rooms with a spacious private living area in both of the rooms which both rooms will be your areas. You will have a full bathroom with a tub and shower which is private to you and you do not have to share. This area is on the upper level of the house and will be available for move in as soon as possible.
Communal space is on the upper level of the house which includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, and your own private refrigerator. There is a large back yard deck with a gas BBQ which overlooks the open space area of Broomfield. There is a fantastic view of the Front Range Mountains from the patio, hiking trails, parks, fishing in the lake below the house, and a large back yard. This is a great location with convenient access to stores, I-25, US36 Boulder/Denver & Hwy 287, with the major cross streets of Oak Circle and Miramonte Boulevard in the Lac Amora subdivision area. The neighborhood is very quiet and secured.
Rent is $800 per month with first and last month rent due upon moving in. This is a month to month rental. All utilities are included such as trash, electricity, water, gas, heat, cable TV, Wi-Fi access and a security system. Street parking in front of house. There is a washer and dryer in the lower level of the house. There is a cleaning person who does the deep cleaning of the house every three weeks of the common areas and bathrooms. This individual will not drink alcohol or use drugs.
I am over 50 years old, and a straight male professional. I am very clean, have a laid back life style, no parties or overnight guests and very quiet. I'm friendly, but pretty quiet and keep to myself most of the time and prefer to keep the home clean.
My expectations in a roommate will be similar to me, a mature individual at a mature age around 50 years old. They will be responsible and professional with a full time stable job, maintaining a clean living area and clean up common areas (e.g. kitchen) after each use. Cannot throw parties, but can have friends over for BBQ or quiet get together on the weekends. No smoking in the house, only outside. No overnight guests, no pets, and a reliable person with stable income. This individual will not drink alcohol or use drugs.
