1 bedroom with shared bathroom. In a house with street parking available. Room for 1 bike in the garage. Looking for a quiet, drama free, responsible and respectful roomate. You will be sharing the house with 3 people. 2 hispanic people and me. We have a quiet household and all get along great. They have been here 3 years. I have been here 6 years.
Rent includes utilities and wifi. $750 per month. Due on the last day of each month. Prefer cash or zelle for payment. Must be employed. $500 deposit and first months rent.
No pets. I foster puppies on a regular basis and they are not fully vaccinated so I can't have other pets in the home.
