Large bedroom with huge walk-in closet and a semi-private bathroom (it is the main floor bathroom so it's not completely private). The room is at the end of the house, opposite side of our rooms, with a guest bedroom and the bathroom. Small laundry room in the same hallway.
Here's the basics:
$490 per month with a signed month-to-month contract - utilities and nextlight internet included.
Flexible move-in date for the right person.
No pets - there is a dog in the house (he's a gentle guy but he hides out and you will only see him occasionally).
Driveway parking space for one vehicle.
Storage available in the garage for small items like a toolbox, bike, ski/snowboard, skates, etc.
Mini fridge available for your room.
Open communication - willing to bring up and discuss any concerns or needs and receptive to communication.
Clean and respectful.
Vegetarian friendly - sanitary and considerate when cooking and cleaning up in the kitchen.
Employed and dependable
The house is fully furnished, the room is empty.
