Two unfurnished bedrooms are available for rent on the basement level of a rancher style home in Longmont, Colorado. The home is a 1/4 mile to Pratt Neighborhood Park, 1/2 mile to Hover Acres Park and 1/2 mile to McIntosh Lake (pictured above). A 20-minute drive to I-25 and 25-minute drive to Boulder.

Both downstairs bedrooms share their own bathroom which includes a monthly professional cleaning. Washer and dryer on sight with plenty of street parking for you and friends.

The house utilities are split 3 ways between the roommates and include high speed internet, trash/recycling, water, electricity and natural gas.

The home is dog friendly with a well-trained pup that gets along well with the other dogs. The backyard is not available for daily bathroom breaks.

Month to month rental. First months, last months and a $400 security deposit are due at signing. Background check with references required.
