Both downstairs bedrooms share their own bathroom which includes monthly professional cleaning. Washer and dryer on sight with plenty of street parking for you and friends.

The house utilities are split 3 ways between the roommates and include high speed internet, trash/recycling, water, electricity and natural gas.
