This is a peaceful, friendly home in a nice, safe neighborhood on one acre of land near Lake McIntosh—a more desirable part of Longmont. We’re twenty-five minutes from hiking trails. The room is furnished, or not, with New Carpet! It’s an excellent home for someone wanting to move forward in life while enjoying the outdoors. You have the whole house, not just the room, with workout equipment, an inversion table, and a treadmill… for $775 per month. Two other males share the bathroom. There is also a new gas grill on the patio. This includes Wi-Fi, in-room cable (Netflix, Apple TV, Peacock, news, Redzone, and NFL Network), with all utilities. There is a $500 deposit/hold fee. I also have an awesome stereo with four vintage Dalquist speakers with a subwoofer. Great for workouts!

I could significantly reduce rent for painting, landscaping, and handyman work.

This is country living, away from town, yet near everything essential, within two minutes: Murphy's (cheaper gas), Walgreens, Safeway, Walmart, King Soopers, and Planet Fitness. I-25 is 10 minutes east for quick access to Denver or Ft. Collins; Boulder and Loveland are within 20 minutes. Estes Park is 35 minutes away. Lake McIntosh is just down the street, a minute away.

You can focus on becoming your Personal Best. The agreement is month-to-month; longer is fine if you enjoy the peaceful, easy feeling. I'm seeking a calm, mindful housemate, no drama. A male is preferred. I have a five-year-old Aussiedor, Lab/Australian Shepherd mix. You must be dog-friendly. He is very people-friendly.
