Rent is $825/month plus utilities (split three ways), which range from $75-150/month per person, depending on time of year.
Pups are welcome, but no cats due to allergies. Month to month lease until May, with a plan to switch to an extended lease in May.
Shared areas include a full kitchen, spacious living room, laundry area (downstairs), and a huge fenced yard.
The house is in a lovely location, in a quiet neighborhood near Waneka Lake Park and downtown Lafayette. Close to restaurants, RTD and walking trails.
About me: I live downstairs, and work and go to school, so am out of the home most of the time. The other tenant (upstairs) works full time out of the home. We’re looking for a clean and respectful housemate.
