- Large, 13 x 9 main room with your own private bathroom (stand up shower only).
- All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.
- Owner is an experienced landlord, former elementary school teacher, work from home mom. Renter can be a parent with child but no couples please. Also, prefer no overnight adult guests.
- Hypo allergenic, well trained dogs welcome.
- Rental price includes free onsite parking, large garden, large yard in front and back and shared common areas. Home has both carpeting and wood floors, along with granite counter tops and a perfect "golden triangle" for chefs in the kitchen along with stainless steel appliances.
- Located in a quiet, friendly, family cul-de-sac in a quiet, crime free neighborhood. 10 min. to I-25 on the east side. 10 min. to Boulder Turnpike on the west side of town. (also 10 min to the light rail that goes to Union Station in Denver and 10 min. to a cheap bus that goes to Boulder)
- Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished and has a/c and heat.
- The home is partially solar powered. We recycle. We are also a chemical-free / toxin-free home.

- Ideally, prefer a long term renter but will start out with a month to month or week to week lease.
- Dogs welcome and prefer hypoallergenic/non-shedding dogs. (My dog is very well socialized and I'm a former pet sitter with awesome reviews that I am happy to share.)
- Establishing a community atmosphere where we all care about each other, communicate well, help with chores, etc. is key, but don't need to be best buddies.

- Located near 136th Ave. and Lowell in the Westlake Village neighborhood of Broomfield.
