About Your Space:
* Private Garden Level Suite: You will have the entire garden level (>500 sq ft) to yourself, including ample cabinet space, two closets, and a private 3/4 bath. It is well-separated from the rest of the house and feels like a standalone unit.
* Flexible Furnishing: There is a full bed available for you, or you can furnish everything yourself. There is plenty of space for you to bring your own couch, desk, TV, fridge, etc., or keep it simple with just a bed (photos of various setups shown and another one coming soon!).
* Laundry: The only time I come down to the lower level is to use the laundry room, and I’ll work around your schedule for when that’s best.
* Parking: There is always plenty of space for parking right in front of the home and you are welcome to use the garage for additional storage space.
Shared Spaces:
* Kitchen, Living, and Dining Rooms: You and I will share the main level space, including the kitchen, living room, dining room, and guest bathroom.
* Backyard: Enjoy the beautiful backyard with a patio, mature trees (to hammock from!), a vegetable garden, and an apple tree. I also built an ice bath that you’re welcome to use!
Other Details:
* Availability: July 15th
* Rent: $1,400 per month + utilities (that we split)
* Lease: Month-to-month with July pro-rated
* Pets: Unfortunately no dogs or cats (I’m allergic)
About Me:
I enjoy traveling, dancing, spending time outside, hiking, etc. I love getting to know people and chatting about life. I love my peaceful space at home and am looking forward to sharing it with someone who appreciates a similar atmosphere!
