The tri-level 4 BR 3.5 BA townhouse (part of triplex) has a heat pump mini-split in each bedroom for individual cooling/heating control. Almost private full bathroom shared with one male housemate trucker gone about 10 months per year. The other two housemates have their own private bathrooms and additionally there is a guest bathroom next to main floor kitchen.
Two male housemates use scented laundry products and the third only unscented. It is a felon friendly non-smoking, non-vaping, non-drinking omnivore household. We are a very stable (4 years since last housemate) household and seek an easy going, considerate, clean, resilient, little drama, and communicative housemate. Because of our schedules, you may often find yourself alone in the house but we also want to have some occasional fun at movies, meals, or walks together.
