My name is Jessica, 33 yo public defender with two rooms available for rent. I like plants, board games, video games, gardening and pickleball.
My other roommate is Guillermo 28, works in utilities management and also likes gaming.
I have two rooms available for rent in the upstairs of my home (they share a bathroom but each person has their own sink) for $750 a month plus utilities.
The house is near a gym, 20ish mins to east Boulder, 30ish mins to north Denver. It backs up to a field so pleasant views. There is a loft area outside the bedrooms (not pictured) that you can put whatever you want there! My old roommate used it for a 3d printing and board gaming space. There’s also an unfinished basement for additional hobby stuff or storage. There is also a nice sized outdoor patio.
I am looking for young ish professionals to fill the remaining two rooms. The house vibes are all friendly with each other but mostly keeping to ourselves. I pay a cleaner (my money not yours lol) to clean the downstairs shared spaces twice a month.
6 mo minimum lease then can go month to month after that.
Unfortunately my darling cat does not get along with other animals so no pets (fish or lizard etc ok).
