We have a large, roomy, 14x16 ft basement bedroom available and living room you should use! It is recently renovated and is getting fresh new paint and an updated floor, with a shared 20x20 great room (there is room for some of your furniture and creative needs, music space, Art making space)and newly renovated bathroom.There is a storage and clothes closet in your space.
We can rent to a single person, no families please.
There is a one year lease beginning the first month you sign at per bed room, plus security deposit. The rent covers ALL utilities, WiFi, and the visit of a once monthly house cleaners to keep it tidy.
