One of the 2 closets has adjustable shelving and can be used in place of a dresser. My home has A/C, DW, W/D, wireless high-speed internet, and Xfinity cable. The living room has a fireplace and a vaulted ceiling. The house backs up to open space and has incredible views of the mountains. The patio is perfect for relaxing and grilling after a busy day at work.
The townhome complex features a pool, hot tub, volleyball court, exercise facility, and a walking trail that encircles the complex. I am close to the St. Vrain Greenway. Easy access to I-25 and Boulder. Blocks from Union Reservoir swim beach.
