I have a room for rent in a sweet Niwot condo that is right next to the downtown Niwot Market area. The room is standard size with private bathroom. I keep the place very clean and organized. It is fully furnished except for the bedroom. I work part time from home in sales and go in and out most days for appointments. I have a dog named Yogi who is very sweet. I am into the typical Colorado things (skiing, hiking, gym, meals or coffee with friends.) The rent is $1,150 with one month security deposit. I prefer a longer stay like 6 - 12 months.
