Handyman Needed - ongoing help - Boulder/Golden/Denver/Arvada

I have an ongoing need for a well rounded handyman for my eight rentals located in Golden, Arvada, Boulder and Denver. I’m hoping for someone that can do landscaping work (mowing, bush trimming, irrigation head repair and adjustment, spraying weeds, clean-up of debris, etc…), light plumbing (garbage disposal troubleshooting and replacement, valve seat or cartridge replacement, faucet replacement, etc…), light electrical (socket/switch/fixture replacement, smoke and CO monitoring check, etc…), minor wall repair, wall and door painting, doorknob replacement, furnace filter replacement, hot water heater replacement, toilet plunging, checking for upkeep of property by tenants(excessive messes, damage, trash, snow shoveling, mowing, etc…) and miscellaneous other projects.
There are a few projects I have now that I would like to coordinate with someone to see if we can work together in the hopes they can take on other projects including upcoming “make readies” for tenant turn arounds. The projects are difficult to bid because they may change while the work is being done and the make readies are impossible to define, so an hourly rate and monthly billing is preferred. Requirements include being a good communicator(respond to texts and phone messages on the same day or first thing the next day if the message is left late), knows how to notify tenants a day in advance of arrival and then upon arrival, has their own vehicle and tools and has liability insurance.
