If you are boondocking the Onan 3.2 KW Diesel Generator will power the microwave and the roof mounted 13,500 BTU A/C. If you are at a place where you can plug in you can just use the shoreline to power these. The all 12V entertainment center is fully powered by 2 12V batteries charged by the 300 W solar panel installed on the roof. The center has a 32" 12V TV, FM/AM radio, DVD/CD player and cabinets above and below the system. You can monitor your batteries with the controller and wireless Victron monitor. The Victron monitor has an app that can be downloaded to your smart phone. The on-demand water pump is also powered by the solar batteries.
Propane or electric is used to power the low profile 25K BTU ducted Furnace, the rangetop 3 burner stove, the propane refrigerator/freezer and the 6 gallon water heater, The water heater and refrigerator/freezer can also use electric when 30 AMP electrical system is plugged in. The Propane tank holds 18 gallons that is fillable to 80% and is permanently mounted.
Other specifications of interest are: Freshwater tank holds 34 gallons, Black water tank holds 29 gallons and Gray water tank holds 24 gallons. The Trailer Hitch has a 5000 LB Draw Bar.
In the cab there is a rearview monitor, cab heater, air conditioner, cruise control, iPod cable connected to dash AM/FM radio, Accordion window shades for all cab windows as well as adjustable Ultraleather Cab Seats with Swivel/slide Pedestals.
Overhead there is a large comfortable loft for sleeping 2 (or 3 depending on size) or storage. There are 2 privacy curtains. One is to separate the cab from the coach and the other one separates the loft from the coach.
The full coach length slide-out has been repaired to fully slide smoothly in and out. The galley includes a rangetop 3 burner stove, microwave/convection oven, pantry, electric/propane refrigerator/freezer. There are multiple overhead bins for storage and galley cabinet with counter, silverware drawer & 4 large additional drawers adjacent to the rangetop, A stainless steel large galley sink is at the coach end with overhead bins for storage. Both the galley and bathroom have new durable linoleum. All of the cabinets in this RV are of a beautiful, warm-toned high quality wood construction .
Opposite the slide-out-out room is the bathroom with shower with ABS surround & skylight. The bathroom has 2 wood cabinets for toiletries and a mirror over the sink. The toilet has a foot pedal for flush and sprayer.
Overhead is a roof vent with exhaust fan. A closet with drawers beneath is adjacent to the bathroom.
Next to the closet is the entertainment center and the entry door for coach with reinforced screen for keeping bugs out and pets in. That is where the living area of the coach begins. A EURO rotating recliner with matching ottoman is conveniently located for watching the TV. If not interested in watching but would rather read there is a pullout table with a magazine rack next to the recliner with reading lights above. The passenger seat can be rotated around so two can share this pullout table. Across from the recliner is the Serta sofa that converts to full-size bed that sleeps 2. A removable pedestal table can be inserted into the floor in front of the sofa and is accessible from either the sofa or recliner. The driver's seat can also be rotated around to add additional seating. A skylight is overhead with a bug screen and a sun shade. The skylight can be opened.
Outside there is a metal wrapped cover for the high quality patio awning that spans the complete length of the coach.
There is an exterior shower and rear ladder for roof access. There are powered stabilizers and fog & daytime running lights. There is a large storage bin outside on the driver's side of the RV.
New (not rebuilt) transmission was installed 4/2025. New SuperSteer brand struts, shocks and sway bar were installed 2023. New carpet-covered wood strip to elevate slide-out over linoleum was installed 3/2026. New durable linoleum was installed 3/2026. New Power Steering gear box was installed 4/2025. A new slide-out awning was installed in 2024.
There are things that are damaged or missing. The hood has some peeling paint. The wheel covers on the driver's side are missing.
The Interior pane of the skylight is cracked (it is double paned and outside has not cracked. Both inside and outside have been taped with Gorilla clear tape.) There is no TV antenna. There is no Bluetooth.
