Need a space that:
• Allows loud music/DJs
• Allows drinks + food
• Has a bathroom
• Can stay open late night
• Indoor or outdoor works
Open to working out a deal based on profits made from the event or a flat rental fee. Looking to build something fun and recurring, so hoping to connect with someone flexible and easy to work with.
