Hello, I am relatively new to Boulder. My current lease ends in July. I am looking for an apartment or room to rent. I prefer a private bathroom. Not looking for short-term (ideally 6months+), but can make exceptions. Budget is flexible depending on place. I currently pay $1400/mo and am leaning towards sacrificing amenities to stay on the lower end.
About me: early 30s, male. Full-time engineer working in the office. Only telework when sick, furniture delivery or some occasion like that. I am also doing grad school part-time. I am fairly organized/clean, but don't always sweep/dust a lot to be honest. I do not cook much, usually oatmeal in the morning and sandwich here and there in the afternoon. I often do quite a bit of laundry. I try to take it out of the machines as soon as I can. I drive a sedan and prefer no street sweeping parking restrictions (driveway/private parking highly preferred). Hobbies include jogging (almost every day if I can), language exchange nights at Trident and other groups, partner dancing (swing, salsa/bachata), jiu jitsu and such. Pet-friendly. (perfect credit/history/references, etc)
Roommate preferences are definitely non-smoker, especially tobacco.
