Quiet, respectful guy looking for a room to rent (Boulder)

Hi! My name is Steven. I moved from Boulder to southern Oregon a few years ago and was living with and caring for a dear friend who has been sick for a long time with a rare illness and needed constant care. Unfortunately though, her condition gradually worsened to a point where she ended up having a really bad stroke back in December, so it was decided it would be best if she moved into an assisted living facility where she could get proper, more comprehensive care. So now I’m on my own again and hoping to move back to Boulder.
I’m 52 years young, quiet, introverted (but friendly and sociable too), and tend to keep to myself a lot of the time. LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly. I don’t have any pets, nor do I have much in the way of personal belongings. It’s just me, a few bags of clothes and stuff, and my trusty skateboard — so something furnished would be awesome.
