I'm Derrick, 37 Y.O. African American male here, seeking a room. I recently moved here from Dallas, TX and start my job as an Accounting Manager in Golden, CO on the 22nd . I'm super chill, clean, respectful, quiet and professional. I work quite a bit and so I will be gone at work 45 to 60 hours a week. I am active, love playing b-ball or go hiking in my spare time. My job is in Golden, that area would be awesome but I'm open to anywhere within a 30 minute commute.
