I' am an experienced professional and manage my own time and projects.
I'm actually working on a full remodeling house including windows, 3 baths, kitchen, floors, doors, closets and walls, recessed lights.
I'm looking for my next house project big or small, I do manage the design to the realization of the project.
I have experiences in plumbing, electricity, gas, furnace, fireplace, HVAC, Heat pump, mini split units, framing, carpentry, drywall, texture, painting, finish wood work, furniture /cabinets wood floor repair or ,installation, staircase, decks, siding, windows, doors, basement, fences, addition, doors, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, tiling, leveling, skylights, foundation work, structural and soil knowledge, peripheral and French drain, sewer lines, sump pump installation, roofing etc.....
I have worked with designers, architects, city of Boulder building department, Engineers etc., ...
I like challenges and I feel great when the job is done right.
I design on a 3D software any project, when necessary, bathrooms, kitchens, houses etc....
I have a liability insurance, and I' am very reliable.
