The Lead Sales & Customer Service Representative represents Club Pilates to potential clients, brings new members in the studio and retains current members. We are looking for someone who loves health & fitness, loves sales & customer service, is motivated to sell memberships, proactive at problem solving, personable, loves being part of a team, and is willing to work hard while having fun to be successful.

Requirements:
Excellent sales, communication (written/virtual, phone, and in-person), and customer service skills
Natural leader with an extremely high level of personal accountability
Goal-oriented motivator with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training
Ability to multi-task and follow a structured communication sales process
Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly learn the Club Ready point of sale software system
Communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues
Work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent public speaking skills & comfort speaking in front of groups
Contains self-initiative to jump in wherever is necessary
Team player that is able to cover shifts last minute
Availability to work days, nights and weekends
Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
Ability to lift and move 10 lbs

Job Responsibilities (not limited to):
Personal Sales & Customer Service Responsibilities:
Perform sales process tasks to establish communication with prospects, get them scheduled intro classes, and close on membership sales
Monitor, triage, complete tasks, and follow up on all prospective client communications within POS system (ClubReady) & google voice (text & phone)
Greet all guests in a prompt, enthusiastic, & professional way to create a friendly entrance
Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs
Provide the highest level of hospitality & customer service to members, prospective clients and guests
Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
Follow-up with existing members to ensure member satisfaction
Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
Perform all operational studio duties: completing daily tasks, check-in members, support instructors, register new clients, organize retail, answer all incoming call, emails, and texts
Perform daily cleaning tasks and be accountable for the appearance of the studio and equipment
Ability to multi-task, be a problem solver and come up with quick solutions
Energetic, happy, people-person who is enthusiastic and passionate about Club Pilates
Create and maintain a welcoming, positive and fun studio environment

Sales Team Lead Responsibilities:
Create & maintain sales team schedules (including sub requests)
Cover shifts for other team members as needed
Answer detailed member agreement & invoice questions (from members & other sales team members)
Ensure intro classes are staffed for success
Train and lead team (through example) on sales process & Club Ready POS system
Ensure all team is following procedures & policies & best practices
Return daily emails and calls that are not covered by front desk sales team members
Cover club ready sales tasks not covered by front desk sales team members
Align team and rally towards goals
Lead regular front desk sales team meetings
Maintain & update SOPs as necessary
Maintain & ensure compliance to cleaning schedule
Monitor & perform equipment maintenance schedule & tasks
Organize retail and maintain inventory order requests
Send recommendations & studio pics for posting on social platforms
Organize team events in and outside the studio

Approximately 20-30 hours/week including day, night & weekend flexible availability.
