The Thecus N2350 is a 2-bay network attached storage device for your home or small office. It is a compact storage device that supports up to 32 TB of capacity through drives over the network. You supply the drives in the two bays. The NAS connects to PC, Mac, Linux, gaming consoles and can act as a media server. The device connects to your network via a 1 GB/sec Ethernet cable (supplied). It appears as a drive on your machines to serve up any file you need access across the home. If you need to store movies, photos, and music, this is a faster and cheaper alternative than cloud storage that does not use Internet bandwidth to access files.
The device is easy to set up and manage through a web interface, and it has been a reliable part of my home network for years. I just needed more capacity and faster speeds. The device is in near new condition with original packaging. All you need to do is purchase a drive or two for storage. Although the unit is a few years old, newer NAS devices have some of the same specifications. At $50 it is 25% of the price of newer units.
