We are an Aveda concept salon located against the mountains in beautiful Boulder, Colorado! We are the third oldest Aveda salon in existence and have been living the Aveda mission for 35+ years!
We are looking for someone professional and trendy that loves doing hair and loves working as a team! Were looking for Commission stylists with a clientele or partial clientele, and stylists who are looking to rent a station in our salon, be their own boss, and make the most money possible. We are also looking to hire and Build one person as an assistant/apprenticeship that we will support, build, teach and turn into an incredible and successful stylist!

We are a big spacious salon located at 4th and Arapahoe in Boulder Colorado just blocks from Downtown. We have tons of available street parking so you will never have to worry about fighting for a parking a spot. We have a beautiful outdoor courtyard that our stylists and clients love to enjoy whether they are processing or between clients! We are a 2 minute walk from Eben G. Fine park and a 5 minute walk from downtown pearl.

We allow all of our commission stylists (if and when ready) to convert over to booth rental stylists so that they can make the maximum amount of potential money. You will keep 100% of your service totals and instead of splitting a percentage of your service total with the salon. All of the booth rental stylists in our salon started as commission stylists and they are now booth renting a station in our salon and flourishing. We allow you to keep any and all clients that we give you while you are building as a commission stylists as your own when you switch over to booth rent!

If you are currently a Commission stylist at another Salon you can rent a station in our salon or are welcome to remain as a Commission stylist and continue to grow, get new clients and join our amazing team! You get to make the choice for yourself and whenever you are ready (if ever) you can switch to booth rent. We only give non requests and new clients to commission stylists but you can always switch back to commission at any time if you want to continue to get new clients.

The booth rental price is $300 a week. This includes your own amazing station that will be your own and you will not have to share. The weekly rent also includes the front desk staff who will book every single one of your appointments and manage your books for you. This means you can spend all of your time behind the chair making money and not on the phone booking clients. You will have access to order Aveda or any other hair color line that you prefer.
