The original price for this machine was over $2000. For the price of a year's membership at a gym, you get a complete home gym with no driving. Shower at home, and choose your time without crowds or sloppy machines. As shown, it looks large, but it folds to take up less space and store. Included is the attachable leg lift, a long top bar for presses, pulldowns, etc. If you prefer, there is a short bar for individual pulls and twists, and even hand grips for biceps and triceps. What makes the Bowflex superior is no track groove, so you can vary your exercise paths on the fly. As you progress in strength, you can easily add a stronger flex rod or even multiple flex rods. If you outgrow the rods, Bowflex offers a stronger set that is easily installed. The bench also doubles as a moving seat for rowing, or tilts up for chest and arm exercises (as shown). All safety upgrades have been included.

Along with the machine is the original instruction manual, an exercise chart, and a separate exercise book that demonstrates how to work in different muscle groups for variety during the week.

You will need a pickup or van to transport the machine, but it breaks down into smaller sections. The rods can be strapped together for transport.
