These have about 80 miles (Strava) — used for a couple races and some longer trail days. Foam still feels lively, outsole is in great shape, and the upper is holding strong.
This is a legit race-day shoe. The dual carbon plates give it that smooth roll when you’re moving well, but it’s still surprisingly stable on technical terrain. I just rotate through too many shoes, and these deserve more miles than I’m giving them. Retail for these is over 250.00, so this is a great price for the shoe.
Specs:
Dual parallel carbon fiber plates
PEBA-based midsole foam
Vibram Megagrip Litebase outsole
5mm drop
If you’re lining up for a trail marathon or ultra and want something efficient but trail-capable, this is a good one.
