I initially bought this tent for Burning Man and carefully prepped it by duct-taping the (few) open windows to keep the playa dust out. Asked a friend to haul it out for me. She did, but it got lost in the set-up chaos. We found it again at the end of the burn during strike, so it never actually got used.
The tent bag has seen the burn. The tent itself has never been opened on playa or used and looks brand new. The duct tape is still on the windows and is playa-ready for anyone who wants it for that.
This is a great tent for camping, backyard hangouts, or anywhere else as well. If you don't want to use it for Burning Man, you can simply remove the duct tape and call it a new tent!
